Has anyone successfully get a transfer to Tier 2 Supervisor
Hello,
I am back again.
I am planning to call USCIS this week due to my 120 days (after responded to RFE ) has reached. and I think that Tier 1 and 2 still could not answer my question because USCIS San Jose Field Office did not update my case in their system.
I think I should ask Tier 2 to transfer to Tier 2 Supervisor because on the website, only Tier 2 Supervisor can communicate with the field office.
Has anyone done this before, and how was the result?
