Applied for I-485 AOS few years after asylum application
Hello,
My wife was waiting for her Asylum application to proceed when we met couple years ago. We got married about a year ago and applied for AOS I-485 with I-130.
Since the AOS application, the case status says "ready to be scheduled for interview"
QUESTION: should we do something to tell them she is no longer seeking asylum? Or should we wait until we are called for interview - if you have had similar experience please let us know. Thank you in Advance.
