I did my interview April 11 2019
December 2019 uscis came to our home like 9:00 am ,they questioned my husband repeating the same questions from the interview which my husband answered well.
They came to our bedroom and we should them where our clothes were but my husband and I were very nervous because they caught us off guard.. 3 days later they went to his mothers house to question her about our marriage then they contacted our landlord for a copy of the lease...
Fast forward to Jan 2020 a uscis officer contacted my husband to meet him at Dunkin’ Donuts..my husband first agreed but then ended up contacting a lawyer and he was advised not meet with them until an attorney is present.our lawyer also told us just wait for a letter in the mail and we will proceed from there..
I’m worried and confused and I’m starting to think this is a race issue.. my husband is 20 years older than I am
