K1 Fiancée Adjustment of Status
Hello Everyone, this group has been a great help. I'm a K1 Fiancée visa holder, applying for Adjustment of Status, and below is my timeline.
09/19/19: AOS Packet sent to CHICAGO, IL via FedEx (i-485 with i-864, i-131, i-765)
09/23/19: AOS Packet delivered to CHICAGO, IL and signed for by: J.CHYBA
10/05/19: Notice of Action for all applications (i-485, i-131, i-765)
10/11/19: Notice of Biometrics Schedule, Orlando Field Office
10/24/19: Attended the Biometrics Appointment at Orlando Field Office, Case was also updated the same day to show fingerprints were taken and applied to the i-485 and i-765
11/12/19: An RFE (request for initial evidence) was sent via mail as per USCIS website, they asked for additional documents to support our i-864
11/16/19: Received RFE notice via mail
11/19/19: RFE documents mailed to LEES SUMMIT, MO via USPS
11/21/19: RFE documents received and signed for by: Homeland Security
12/10/19: Case ready to be scheduled for an interview
We filed our application in Chicago, and our Field Office is in Orlando. As of December 10, 2019 our case is ready to be scheduled for an interview, but we still haven't gotten any updates on the status of my EAD combo card. Is anyone else in the same situation? We're hoping we'll get an interview notice soon. Wishing everyone the best of luck!
