First I would like to thank you this website and users who share their experiences, it really helped me a lot.
Here is my experience with 2nd H1B stamping interview on 6th February 2020(Window-26) at US consulate, Mumbai.
Q. Good Morning Sir,
A. No response
Q. When did you leave USA ?
A. answered
Q. How long have you been working for this company ?
A. 9.5 years
Q. What is your salary ?
A USD YYYY XX
Q. How many employees in your company ?
A. Answered accordingly
Q. Is your I-14 approved ?
A. Yes
Q. What is your highest qualification ?
A. Answered
Q. When did you arrive in USA ?
A. 2008
Q. Where do you live in USA ?
A. answered
That's all, VO said, "YOUR VISA IS APPROVED"

Administrative Processing : 07/02/2020
Passport Received : 08/02/2020
Background : I had received 221g during my first H1b stamping at US consulate in New Delhi which took almost 4 months to clear. After returning to USA, I was afraid to come back so I didn't come back India for 8 years and finally I decided to visit India to meet parents and family and went for stamping without worrying too much about getting 221g and I was successful with that and got h1b stamping without any issue.

P.S. At mumbai consulate, there is a police van locker available to store mobile, bag and etc.. for Rs. 30/-
