Hi guys.
So I came here as a F-1 student and was allowed to work while in school. I worked all 2019. I’m now married to a US citizen and my adjustment of status is still pending but my question is ... how do I file for taxes? Separately or with my husband?
What is my legal status? Non resident?
My attorney was unable to give me a clear answer so I was just wondering if anybody else has been through this.
