I believe my Work Permit Expedite was processed with no issues thanks to CIS Ombudsman team. I explained my situation to them and they classified my case as a USCIS error since for the 3 months I waited for them to respond to my RFIE, they kept on saying its in the works, etc., but really the document was mishandled. I didn't had to provide any evidence when my expedite was initiated.

Please take what I mentioned with a grain of salt as I could only provide information with the facts I have at hand. I am not 100% sure why my expedite was processed without the need of any evidence. It may have something to do with the CIS Ombudsman, or could be how I resent my RFIE Response.
