Hello Friends , asking this question for a close relative , her husband filed for her , she is the beneficiary , in the 130 form part 5 where they ask if the petitioner had filed for any other alien or beneficiary , her husband the petitioner didn't understand the question , he said no and 15 years ago he filed for his mother , he felt they were asking about a spouse only , will this be a problem ? They have attended their interview , he was asked and he said no , Has anyone had his problem before , will this be an issue ? your opinion and thoughts are needed , thank you .
