Virginia filer- I-130 approval
Hello everyone: my PD is 05/28/19, Virginia, married to USC. I filed for EAD along with the 485/130. My EAD was not approved in the normal 5.5-7.5 months time. I called up after and they approved and mailed the EAD at the end of Jan 2020.
Now I’m coming up on the processing limit for the I-130. Should my wife be following up with uscis to see why they haven’t approved the I-130? Or we should wait for the I-485 interview to be scheduled? My 485 status has been “ready for interview” since October 2, 2019.
