AOS RFE / requesting for tax refund /K1 Visa
Hello! I do really need your help. We filed my AOS last Dec. Sadly, we received RFE requesting to submit the recent tax documentation. The problem is, my husband did not file taxes last 2018.
We beed to file now as his dependent, how ever ai don't have SSN and as per my research it will take 6-7weeks to get ITIN after filing.
We only have 87 days timeframe to send the documents to them (USCIS)
Please help us what the best thing to do.
