Biometric Appointment: February 2nd
Status updates to fingerprint applied to case after 2 hours.
No update since.
Previous application was denied for not living together and commingling of asset(sham marriage). We reapplies.
Place in removal proceedings after application was received.
No Notice to appear or court date for anything.
Hopefully we get our case moving fast and we got approved before the NTA so that we can cancel the proceedings with green card approval.
Any advice is welcomed as we want to be extremely perfect this time around.
