Hey everyone
My case is over 2 years and now I losing hope , on December last year out case was denied because a mistake of USCIS they said that we didn’t show up on the interview and just stupid arguments, because we never received any letter about interviews because of that :
We sent a I-290B form requesting to open our case again that was in December in January we got the receipt confirmation that they got our form but since then I’ haven’t hear anything even online is the same
Anybody knows how long can take this ? How long they can take to own the case again? How long will take to got my interview
My process started on may of 2018 so it will almost 2 years I already had to renew my EAD .
Please🙏 I would like to hear from any lovey who make went through the same situation, we are located in NYC
