Hello All, I have a question bothering me..
I am currently on my one year OPT which expires in May 2020 and i have the option to look for another job so as to apply for STEM EXTENSION. However, i got married to USC this year January and i have submitted my application for 130, 485, 765, 131 etc to USCIS. We all know how uscis take long time to process ones application which makes me think that my current OPT will expire before uscis look into my way.
My question is
- Is it advisable is to apply for stem extension as i have a marriage-filed i-765 pending? Or what should i do?. I don’t wanna be out of status. And i have less than 3month from my current OPT
