Hello Everyone,
I am currently in US in H1B visa and it expired on Jan 2020.My company filed my extension in regular mode and they are not ready to do my petition in premium process. My dependents are in India and I am planning to bring them by this summer(May,June). Since the approval take more time ( 6 -8 months ) , whether I can go for B1/B2 in such case? Any one have such experience ?
