April 2019 filer and still waiting...What are my Options
My case is going to 10 months in a weeks time! 02/23/2020. I have not received EAD. What are my options? Here is my timeline and inquiries
Married a USC
Filed: filed AOS with forms I130/I485/I765/I131
Priority Date: 04/23/2019
1st Expedite: 05/13/2019. Severe Financial loss-Was Losing job because of expiring EAD
Faxed Evidence
Wrote to Senator, congressman and ombudsman
Response to expedite: Need to complete Biometrics
4/30/2019: Biometrics and Biometrics Acceptance.
2nd Expedite: 05/24/2019 as above but now with complete biometrics.
05/30/2019. Requested to mail in Rfe based on form I130
05/31/2019: lost job
06/18/2019. Confirmation receipt for RFE for form i130
3rd Expedite: 09/09/2019: No response
4th Expedite: 01/23/2020 case outside processing time
01/31/2020: response to case expedite: “Due to workload factors not related to your case, USCIS anticipates a delay in completing your case. USCIS is committed to adjudicating immigration benefits in the order received and in a timely and efficient manner.”
I now have another job that I am required to start on 02/24/2020 after submission of EAD. What are my options? Can an attorney help?
