Pd is July 30th 2019 ( I 131, I 485, I 130, I 765) to NBC
Still waiting for any response for I 131 and I 765. It’s 203 days and in 7 days My application will be out of processing time. Tried to expedited I 131 on January 3rd and sent fax documents too. But no response from uscis. What should I do if still I will not get any update in a week?
I am getting panic because I am a doctor and my residency will start from July 2020 and I must submit my work permit to hospital before June. Otherwise I will waste my one year and residency spot. Still I have 3 more moths is it enough time to get it?
