Writ of mandamus
Married to US Citizen. We applied for my green card in June 18,2018. We’ve been to the interview on May 15, 2019, but haven’t heard back since then. We did service request 3 times, contacted the congresswoman in our state, called the USCIS 3 times but the only response we get is “we are still processing your case.” The immigration officers refer us to the processing time on the USCIS website which has already been pushed back so many times. Should we file a lawsuit against the USCIS? We are concerned that they may deny our case. Any experience on that ?
