Hello guys!
My lawyer started my marriage case in 20 September 2019 NYC . here is the timeline.
I-485 on September 20 case was receive.
I-130 case was receive.
I-131 case was receive.
I-765 case was receive.
I-765 October 18 2019 Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken.
I-485 November 8 2019 request for initial evidence.
I-485 December 10 2019 Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received.
So December 10 2019 it was the last update and nothing else still the same 150 days.
I hear from somebody the cases going last name a,b,c,d..... is that true; do I have to call them; my lawyer he said just wait.
Anybody has the same ;; thank you!
