5 Months After Interview
I am married to a USC. Interview was on 9/2019 and we were given the 120 day paper.
I raised my first SR last 1/16 (126th day), and the officer whom I spoke to was very helpful. He raised a follow up request to the field office where our interview was held. The officer told me that USCIS will reach to me between 14-30 days. I waited but 30 days had passed and nothing happened.
I called again today and I spoke to a woman officer who is not helpful at all. She told me that after that 1/16 SR, my next follow up should be after 90 days / 3 months. I told her, thats not what the first officer told me. This woman officer never raised a new follow up for me at all so the call was just wasted. I am planning again to call tomorrow.
Are there any Los Angeles filers here who have the same experience?
