Adjustment of Status - I-485

Hi, I had an interview yesterday.(F2B category)
The interviewer asked for my expired passports which I had thrown away 9 years ago. And she asked if I had any visa in the old passport and I said I had J1 visa. Then I realized I mistakenly checked 'no' to having J nonimmigrant visa conditioned on 2-year foreign residency because it was just a high school exchange student program. The thing is I did stay for 2 years and a half straight in my home country and I submitted my exit and entry records which I got from my country's consulate office and a letter from Department of State showing the J1 visa's issuance date and expiration date as the proof of showing the 2 year residency.

So she wrote my testimony about how long I stayed in states during J1 in i485 form and also wrote that I stayed in home country for at least 2 years after then.

At the end of the interview I got the notice of interview results as the continuance with the reason saying "Your case is being held for review. At this time, USCIS does not require any further ... "

Should I be worried about the mistake I made because I didn't come forward even though I stayed 2 years in my country? If I cannot find my expired passport, what proof should I prepare other than the ones I already submitted?

I asked on FOIAonline to get the record of visa and entry and exit in States, then they gave me the letter that they cannot disclose the visa records and gave me the visa's active dates which I already submitted in the interview.

And later they gave me EE and I94 but it had missing entries; some dates of my visits to states is missing which is why I did not submit it in the interview.

I'd appreciate any advice or comments. Please share your thoughts.
