My wife is the citizen and I am the petitioner.
We went through the route with all required documents and our marriage isn’t a sham. We have been dating for 4.5 years prior to our marriage.
I have received my SSN and my EAD in the past month.
This morning was our interview and we were separated after the first question.
Ultimately, we were told that our case is not approvable and would be referred to other agencies and will get a letter in the mail.
Yes, we’ve submitted several proof and have been living together since April 2019 and we got married in August 2019.
Hoping to hear what is happening as we’re at a loss and stuck in limbo.
