Case Must Be Reviewed
I had my interview last week and was told that my case is approved but that they must check if my visa is available and that I would get a reply this week. My Visa is currently available after I had checked. 30 minutes after the interview I got an update that the case must be reviewed. It has been 8 days since my interview.
The coincidence is that same afternoon, my EAD was approved and mailed to me. Has anyone had a similar situation? Did they approve my EAD by mistake instead of approving my I485. If they said its approved and they need to check for visa availability why did. I not get a reply. Please help
