I really appreciate inputs on this please.
I got my H1B last year and was working with previous client and change to new client in Jan 2020. The immigration officer went to my old work location as part of site visit and called my employer and my employer mentioned I moved to new client within same MSA will I need to do ammendement ?
Do I need to post the old LCA at new client location?
Have any one gone through this kind of situation recently ?
Do that impact at later stage will they send an NOIR or RFE as immigration officer mentioned he will document what my employer mentioned.
I see many mixed comments and reactions on other post like this, please comment if anyone have seen or gone through this kind of situation.
