Hello,
I spoke with a tier 2 officer today, and explained that my wife has a medical satiation and she needs to go back and see her family, and she is still waiting on her GC, the officer sent a service request to houston office, as she mentioned “ to accelerate the process and send a feed back “ , and that could take 2 to 3 weeks , after that, I can call back if I don’t hear anything. Would that really help and accelerate the process or that’s something they just say.
