Hi everyone,
Having question, I had interview on February 4, in Federal Plaza, NY.
Marriage based green card interview, officer was nice, thinking that interview went ok, provided all documents, interview lasted about 35 min. She gave us the notice, that case was held for review. Wait time - 120 days.
If you have same experience, NYC fillers.
What can I expect?
I also have pending asylum case.
Online status shows I485 - interview comleted and your case must be reviewed
And I-130 - still case was received.
