Indian Passport

I am trying to apply for passport renewal with Chicago Indian embassy. I entered all the info on the CKGS site and did a save/exit before the payment is made when you select the courier. I did not print the notary/self attest forms and thought I can come back to them later (since I don't have a printer at home) but I am not able to retrieve the forms to be submitted via My Account even if I enter my web ref, DoB and PP# credentials now. It just says 'Information requested does not matchup with criteria'. I am just going bonkers!!!

Please note that I am able to actually go and start off from where I left off via the CKGS web ref number from the bottom of the page and continue from where I left off. I am yet to pay and yet to proceed to fill the govt NRI passport form but I thought I can do it later. I would like to go back and pull the sign/self attest forms and notarize.

As always anything to do with Indian bureaucratic system is always a pain in the butt!!! They have made the customer service help a payable service not to mention the ridiculous amount of redundant details filled on the website which is so annoying!
Any help is appreciated please.
