Ombudsman
Wow, just wow.
So case for I-485, I-765 and I-131 are all with the receipt date of 11th of June 2019.
Which means the I-765 is now freaking 45 days outside of normal processing time as defined by USCIS.
We contacted the Ombudsman two days ago. They sent us a form to fill with all our cases and other stuff. We did.
When you do that you put your I-485 case, your I-765 case and your I-131 case.
Today they respond to us that the case is not outside of processing time and that they won't help us.
WTF?????
11th of june.
I literally don't know what happened, did they just look at i-485 and decided that that is till ok. No idea.
I will have to try and clear it with them, but this is beyond amazing at this stage.
