Interview experience at San Jose, CA.
Our interview was at 8AM. We got at the building at 7:30AM.
Went thru security check, fingerprint and picture taking for verification.
At exactly 8AM, We were called in by a late 20's to early 30's gentleman.
He greeted us asked how we were doing and lead us to his office.
He swore us in. And we started with the YES/NO question on I-485.
He is such a sweet/kind of newbie looking officer. And then he followed with my (benificiary) basic information (Name, DOB, parents name)
He also asked if I have EAD and SSN.
He also took my medical exam I693.
Then he asked my husband (petitioner) next.
He didn't ask a lot of questions about our relationship.
It was just like a friendly conversation. We were just like talking to our friend.
Then he asked for some supporting evidences.
We gave him - our bank statements, Health insurance and affidavit from my husbands parents.
He also took 6-8 pictures.
And that's it! He said that he is going to approve us later today.
Then after 4 hours, I checked my status online. It says that "New card is being produced"
I can't stop thinking about how he said we were approved.
I can't believe after 2 years of waiting.... this process has come to an end now!
