RFE SAYING I NEED A SPONSOR
Hello everyone,
I am on f1 Visa and changing to GC based on marriage. I got an initial RFE saying we need a sponsor on the 1st page but on the 2nd page it said my wife's income is sufficient but no evidence was provided and asked for (Tax Returns, W2's, Paystubs.....) and on the 3rd page it said the same for me .. My income is sufficient but no proof was provided and asked for (Tax Returns, W2's, Paystubs.....).
My question is: My wife is my sponsor and she makes a little less than enough to support me (Household of 2).
can my income listed on FORM I864 counts towards meeting the minimum poverty line or they DO NOT count my income and I need a joint sponsor? in other words will they add my income to her income ??
