Looking for some advice / Help
Good evening everyone, I filled my case on August the 7, 2017 and after a long ride I got my interview on March 2019, unfortunately no approved on spot, after about a month on April 2019 my I-130 was approved and a letter arrived home few days after, but since then no update on my I-485
I been checking standard processing time for Brooklyn Office and as of yesterday it was processing cases in between August the 2nd of 2017 and today it move to October the 2nd of 2017 what it means my case is current and out of standard process but I a is super concern because of the long wait.
What I heard so far is since I got 2 RFE that delayed my cases and put me on the hold, but it been over a year after my interview and I do no understand if this means I will be call for a second interview since my I-130 was approved I don’t see why a second interview either, plus I have two children with my wife who is a USA citizen and kids are 10 and 5 year old.
Can anyone give me any idea why the delay? I just opened and request for help with an immigration officer
