Adjustment of Status - I-485

Hello does anybody knows what happened after interview next day both i130 and I-485 status change to interview completed case must be reviewed, interview was normal with basic yes/no answer and how we meet wrote down our story on a paper then io asked for car insurance in both name joint account statement in both names and bill and went through our pictures and ask if she can get 6 pictures to add to our files and make a copies of every documents to our file and then told my lawyer within 60 days if we don’t hear from them we can make enquiries I’m soo worried right now can anybody have any experience about my case,
