Green Card/Adjustment Of Status pending for almost 7 years.
I am new to this site - but in need for some desperate help in moving forward with my case. I came in America in March 2009 with a F1. In December 2012, I married a US citizen. We filled for adjustment of status in May 2013. We had our interview in September 2013 in Chicago. . 10 days after the interview we received a NOID in the mail. They gave us 30 days to respond which we did. Since then we have been waiting to hear back from USCIS. We have been waiting for I485, and I130 for the last 7years. I have been Renewing my EAD for the 8th time now. I have also been renewing AP as well. But never use it to travel because of fear of not let allowed back into the US. We have a mortgage together, we have two beautiful little girl. Every time we place enquiry we have been getting the same notices as usual and this has been going on for sometime. It is frustrating. I feel like I have used all my options. Any help ?
