Motion to reopen - waiting time
Hello everyone.
Is anyone here waiting for the decision on their motion to reopen? We have submitted it on December 11. At the beginning of January received a letter from USCIS saying that they received our motion and going to process it. Since then - nothing.
My lawyer says it might take up to 8 months. Is anyone here waiting that long?
