Waiting for update on GC interview
Hi guys, I’m a Florida filer my PD is Jan 15,2019. I got my EAD in November 2019. I got my I-485 interview letter in November 2019. Interview date was Jan 7,2020. I went to the interview and it went well and the officer said he didn’t see my approve I-131 in the system but I showed him I have it here. He gave me the white paper & said he’ll has 120 days to respond but he don’t take that long so I should check the system for updated within 1-2 weeks. STILL NO UPDATE OR RESPONSE,CASE STATUS STILL SAYING “INTERVIEW WAS SCHEDULED”. I’m so stressed out because I did a service request & they are saying they are waiting for background checks to come. Anyone with a similar case ? Or any Florida filers here ?
