So after waiting for almost 16months after interview and a home visit from immigration officers, I finally got an update today but not approval yet. It is a request for additional evidence, Phew....!!! I wonder what it is they want this time!
Field office: LOS Angeles!
Filed in 2017, Interview done in 2018, no update in 2019
Home visit in Jan 2020, Now request for additional evidence! Smh
Well, it could have been worse but at least it’s not an NOID or Denied situation,
Hopefully when I get the RFE, I will provide what ever the additional evidence is and I’m optimistic I should be getting an approval afterwards, Right?
