Adjustment of Status - I-485

just completed our interview at Newark. The officer was really nice and he was like just relax as soon as we walked in. We were very calm and happy. He asked lots of basic questions. none of them were kicker. One thing was i have driving licence from NY and my wife has from CA, and we live in Jersey, so he asked us why we did not change? and we explained we were just lazy and planning to move to CA and we dont have car, so we thought keep as it is.

Questions to Me (Petitioner)
- What's ur wife name? data of birth? place of birth?
- Where she works
- what she do
- what's her parents name
- Any sibling, what's her name? where she lives?
- What's my wife's previous address
- Does she have kids
- any vacations?
- did you go to honeymoon?
- and then all yes and no questions from forms

Questions to my wife:
- where we met? how we met? when we met
- what's husband's previous address
- what's his parents name
- any siblings?
- where your husband works? what he do?

We submitted, lease, insurance, bank statements, utility bills, etc and he asked me for my medical. in the end he said he needs to review these docs so might take some time so he gave us white paper which was little disappointing but we were not surprised. He said in the end it should nt take that long.

so hoping it would be approved within couple of weeks. whole interview took around 30 min. good luck.
