LAWYER NO SHOW/REFUND?
hello everyone, quick question....we payed our attorney so he can go into our interview with us. he showed up that day but did not go in with us cause his other client came late so he had to go in with them first. he gave us an option of going in without him and that when he is done with his other client, then he will come in during our interview or we should wait for him but we got called in 5min later and we decided to go in without him thinking he would come in during the interview but the interview went by so fast so he did not show up.
now my question is, should I ask him for a refund? cause he haven't made mention of a possible refund since then. thanks
