my mom's I-485 Interview got Cancelled
Hi, I applied for my mom green card on 9/13. i haven't received any travel document approval or work permit and all of sudden they scheduled and cancelled the interview and i haven't got anything in mail so far. is there any issue with the case or do i need to contact them?Any suggestion will be really appreciated!!!
09/13/2019 - accepted the finger print fee
10/08/2019 - completed the review of finger print
10/30/2019 - request for initial evidence for your Form I-485
11/12/2019 - Received response for Form I-485 and started working back on case
02/24/2020 - We are ready to schedule your Form I-485,
02/25/2020 - we cancelled the interview scheduled for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSCxxxxxx. We will notify you by mail if the appointment is rescheduled, a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you.
