Interview evidence
Hello family! I have been organizing the evidence that we are going to bring for the interview. We plan on bringing two binders for the documentation (original and copies) with:
- Marriage certificate
-Lease,
-joint tax return
-joint bank account (with statements)
- Car insurance
-Health insurance,
- Two affidavits from friends
- Random mail coming to our address (to show proof of residency)
+the wedding album, a general picture album, and a box with all the guest cards from our wedding. I made a cover letter for each binder. Also, on a pocket we are bringing my birth certificate (with the translation), my passports (valid and expired), my i-20, my i-94, my husband's birth certificate and passport (to show that he is a US citizen), the EAD card, and the interview notice. I would really appreciate some input!
