Interview date 11/7 Chicago office
Interview went well, my wife who was pregnant 2 days after a due date on the interview date (now we already have 15 months baby)
Officer said I'll receive Green card for 2 years and she handled me white paper where says case need to be reviewed
Status changed next day interview completed and case must be reviewed
12/27 name changed on My wife's I-130 (she corrected name on I130 back in July
2/27/2020 my wife called to talk with a officer to see way it takes so long it's almost 120 days after the interview and decision has not been made. After waiting all day for call back from teir 2 after 2 minutes she hang up on us and no answers
02/28/2020 agent made SR on her I-130, waited all day for teir2 to call and after officer calld hang up on us again with no information, same day we called uscis again and found out that they enter wrong mail on her SR, they corrected
They stated that day rule of 120 days does not apply for I-485 bit only for I-130, well obviously they dont know the law!!
On March 7 I will call to do SR on my I485 after exactly 120 day after interview and will give them a week for decision, if not I am putting up a law suite for violating my rights, will go straight to the federal court, MANDAMUS!!
