I-485/I-130 approved, what to do with pending EAD/AP renewal?
So I interviewed at San Jose office on first week of January and there wasn't any update for a month. Since my EAD/AP was expiring in March, my attorney submitted application for EAD/AP renewal. Both are received by USCIS and pending.
Now, my I-485/I-130 got approved 2 days ago and still EAD/AP renewals are pending. Whats the best course of action here? I don't care about filing fees since it was paid by my employer.
Option-1) Formally withdraw EAD/AP applications. Is there any negative impact for withdrawing application?
Option-2) Don't do anything and the application will be denied automatically. What are the negative implications of this?
Option-3) Do I have any other options besides 1 and 2?
