I have my interview this week in Fresno CA and have the following documents:
Joint bank account
Taxes for 2019(our first time doing taxes together)
Credit card statement with both our names
Amazon prime account together
Electricity and gas bill both names
Honeymoon hotel reservation showing dates
Lots of pictures of wedding plus pictures with friends and parents
Is this enough? my wife is not on my home title because I bought the house when I wasn't married and I tried to add her but I have to refinance and don't want to take a high interest rate just to add her so we are waiting for the right time. Plus I get penalized by my loan lender if I add her on the deed as they can make me pay mortgage in full for violating their policy of adding another homeowner without refinancing.
I'm expecting a 2 yr GC due to being married only 9 months
