Card is being produce after infopass appointment
I have case pending almost 5 months since response to the RFE. Status showed interview was scheduled. Raise so many SR, contact Congressman, Ombudsman(still waiting for a response).
I contacted USCIS to request an infopass but no luck because my reasons were not in criterias for infopass. After many many time, I called again and tell them I need to travel due to some reason xxxx. And they scheduled me for today.
I think San Jose office had forgot my case. After talking to rep, the guy said ny case is pending for supervisor review. I came here because I am afraid that SJ has forgot my case which might under IO desk or Supervisor desk or in the storage now. The guy keeps saying that my case is active and waiting for supervisor. I asked when was the last time officer touched my case. He said Feb 25. I left with no hope at all.
Suprisingly, after 40 minutes, New Card is being produced.
What do you think? I think they forgot my case.
I am so happy now. Any comments or questions will be answered.
