Pending I485 after interview
Hi everyone,
I would like to share my experience with my I485 interview and status. My interview went well and the IO was very nice. She just asked me yes/no questions in the I485 form and how I and my wife met. Then, she looked at the photo album and we discussed every single photo. We took photos since we first met because my wife love taking photos together and we had around 6000 photos in our phone. She seemed satisfied with our evidences ( car insurance, joint tax return in 3 years, health insurance, photos, phone bill, bank statement). She did not even want to keep the photos but I offered her to keep them. However, she said we need to wait on our case and gave me a white paper which said our case need to be reviewed in 120 days because my background check was not completed yet. It has been 10 days from my interview on 02/24 and I started worried about my case when I read some posts about background check delays. My question is :
1) Does anyone in the forum have a similar experience with me ? How long does the case process ? I know it depend on your case and everyone has different background.
