May 2019: Notice of intent to Deny (NOID)
June 2019: NOID response sent.
EAD renewal happens October 2019.
Big day!!!
On November 27th: Case denied(i-130 and i-485)
Notice of denial states marriage was entered for immigration benefit.
We both know our marriage fail for real so we couldn't appeal because deep inside our heart, we wont win the appeal.

Fingerprint applied to your case: Feb 2nd 2020, ( two hours after fingerprint were taken)
RFIE: Feb 27th 2020
RFIE Received in the mail: March 2, 2020 ( Birth Certificate) I mailed this with application but who knows!!

March 5 2020: We received your RFIE response and we are currently working on your case>
So far that is where I am. Any advice is welcomed.
Please note: Don"t give up no matter what especially if your partner is working with you.
If your marriage is failing, This journey will be hard believe me i was in that hot mess with my wife. It was after denial that her brain got reset.
