Hi guys I wanna update you all about my journey that finally is over T.T
My PD is May 2018
FO San Francisco California

Interview date October 2019

I went there with my husband and baby at 8am. The office called us . It was an old man and he just asked me 4 questions : where do I live, who do I live with, what day I arrived to US and I don't ever the other but it was simple questions. He asks for my baby ID Wich we didn't have by then but we showed him his birth certificate. We took a bunch of pictures with us . He didn't keep any picture. Oh he asked when we got married. To my husband he asked the same question and that was it. We wanted to give our proofs but he didn't keep it. It was ended in 10 min or less. At the end he ask for my passport and my husband ID so he got a copy for him. He gave us a white paper saying to wait for 120 days. After 2 months (January) I called and make a SR Wich was useless because the next day I got an answer in my Gmail but it was just a general answer (we are doing check background) . Then on February I called again I did a SR with tier 2 Wich was useless because she told all I can I do is wait even thought I told her I was outside of my process time she says doesn't matter that and as well I was outside of 120 days. Then I gave up. I refuse to call again because I feel they just know how to give an stupid answer like we are stupid. Then my husband decided to write a letter to them why? Because on December we applied for AP but it says it takes 4 to 6 months to get it and we were.planing a trip for this March so he sent a letter to them explaining it has been 4 years since I don't go to my country and my parents are old so a week later I got a text saying that my card was being produced EAD . In total my AP took 1 months and 10 days to being produced.
So my husband decided to write a letter to our congreswoman ( actually he went to her office and file a paper that they gave him there ) we wait for this time because she said that if we are inside of 120 days or of the process time she can't do anything ) in the website it showed that they were already working on cases form July 2018 so they ignore us (my PD was may ) then at the end of February we sent that letter to the congreswoman and USCIS and just today I got an update that my case was aprroved and that my GC is being produced .
I still believe that SR doesn't help. But doesn't bother to call and bother them about your case... But what helps the most is sending a letter to USCIS or congreswoman, at least that helped me. But first God helped me. Seriously I already lost hope. I stopped checking this forum and my status online. I thought I was gonna wait for 3 or.more years . I was hopeless . I really cry a lot all this time And the day just arrived today :') in total my case took 22 months . I wish all best to you all and I am thankful to God for this gift. Now I feel safer traveling with my GC whenever I get it than with AP . If you guys have any questions let me know :)
God bless.you all :)
