9 months since the interview no response
Hi everyone,
I have applied for AOS on November 2017 in NYC. I got my interview on May 2019. My interview was good but I have failed remembering if the street I live in is one or two way. I don’t drive so I gave the wrong answer. Also I couldn’t remember one of the cross street’s name, I rarely walk to the other side but I have mentioned that there is a park near by. Anyway I still did not receive any decision since then and I am getting worried. My lawyer said they might be waiting for second interview date. Any of you experienced long wait after the interview in NYC? My case will be out of the estimated processing time in a month. I appreciate your thoughts.
