Lost/Misplaced Passport in VAC New York
Hi, I sent my passport on 03/02/2020 through UPS and when I track my package, it shows it was in transit and out for delivery in New York on 03/03/2020 but it doesn't show delivered. I was getting worried so I started investigation through UPS to find my package.
I also read in the VAC New York reviews that they are really bad at processing packages and often misplace them. Do you think the package got delivered and its VAC's fault that it isn't showing on the tracking page on UPS? If yes, should I go down there to New York and look for it myself?
Did anyone else have a similar situation where they could not find passport until they actually went down to the center and even UPS didn't say it was delivered?
Or do you think UPS just didn't deliver it and lost my package?
Any help would be appreciated. Would be happy to clear any doubts. Thanks!
