Hi Guys
Please help me or tell me what you did if you were in this situation. My spouse made 37000 last year which I thought was enough for a household of 4. USCIS sent an RFE saying he doesn't make above the threshold. This year he made over 50,000 for the same household size. Do I need to just reply to the RFE with my past w2, recent W2 and tax transcript from IRS proving that we make enough now? I don't know why the first one was rejected in the first place. We just barely filed our taxes few days ago, will we be able to get a transcript from IRS this early? Please help. We don't have any joint sponsor.
