Hi everyone,
I’m on H1b , i got married with USC , i’m in IT and i make enough $ . My spouse USC . She is uber driver . My attorney filed my GC as joint sponsor . In 2019 my wife didn’t make enough money.. i didn’t get RFE . I got my EAD/Ap card and SSN card.
Current status is case is ready for scheduled for interview.
Is that will be a problem during interview that my wife not making enough money.?
